Hotel reservation made through Booking.com, confirmed and paid for. Upon arrival, the price we paid (200 dirhams) bothered them, claiming it wasn't expensive enough. They refused us entry. We waited for over an hour! We then went to the police station. He deleted the booking confirmations from his email inbox. All this just to get him to pay extra cash on top of the Booking.com reservation. In short, unacceptable.
