Clinic to avoid. The observed facts demonstrate a serious breach of the obligations of transparency, information, and loyalty towards the patient. The final bill amounted to 1,000 DHS, including 550 DHS for a general practitioner consultation, without prior information, a detailed estimate, or informed consent regarding the procedures and fees charged. I was not provided with any clear documentation justifying the nature, details, or basis of the additional charges applied. Such practices are likely to constitute abusive billing and do not comply with the principles governing the operation of healthcare facilities, particularly regarding patient information and price transparency. Consequently, this experience undermines the legitimately expected relationship of trust and warrants the utmost vigilance with regard to this establishment.

Very negative review – lack of professionalism This facility is nothing like a reputable clinic. No serious care was provided, no clear medical explanations were given, tests were performed without justification, and the billing was high and opaque. Everything is unclear, from the doctor's role to the procedures billed. When we asked legitimate questions, the staff remained evasive. We clearly got the impression that their only objective was money, with no real consideration for the patient's condition. Based on our experience and the numerous similar negative reviews, this "clinic" inspires complete distrust. Avoid it.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic in Salé. The prices are exorbitantly high compared to the service offered, with no clear explanations or transparency. I felt exploited rather than cared for. I strongly advise against going there.
