A very bad experience. During the initial consultation, the doctor prescribed medication for my mother. At the follow-up appointment, he told her, "There's nothing wrong with you; I only gave you the medication to make you feel better," even though he had previously mentioned other tests she needed. When she reminded him of what he had said, he denied it. The follow-up care was very disappointing. The receptionist was also cold and unpleasant.
