Clinique Beauséjour

Completely unprofessional. We traveled from another city, far from Salé, for an operation, and upon arrival, you were told, quite casually, that I wouldn't be having the surgery...why? Because I had to cancel a request for treatment at another clinic. You should have informed me before my arrival, as you are in the best position to know these things, and you spoke with me many times before my trip, and the issue of treatment was never raised by you.

Very disappointing experience. The doctor came across as arrogant, asked me to leave my frightened cousin’s side without any explanation, then repeatedly walked in and out of the room without telling us what was happening. The complete lack of communication was unacceptable. To make matters worse, at 1 a.m. the clinic couldn’t accept card payments, forcing me to walk for half an hour to find cash. For a clinic providing emergency care, this is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic.

This clinic is located in the Beauséjour district of Salé, hence its name. It is one of the oldest clinics in Salé. Several specialties are practiced at this clinic.

I found the costs particularly high compared to the procedure performed and the market average, with a lack of transparency in the billing and fees charged. The facilities also seemed outdated, and certain aspects related to comfort and maintenance, particularly the restrooms, could be improved. Overall, I believe that an effort should be made to improve both the quality of the reception and the infrastructure, as well as the clarity of the costs charged to patients.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The staff lacks professionalism and the reception is inadequate. The absence of a doctor leads to long and agonizing waits for patients who are already suffering. I didn't feel truly cared for, but rather indifferent. I do not recommend this establishment.

Furthermore, the doctor's occasional absence caused delays and added suffering for the patient, who was left waiting in pain. Personally, I didn't feel adequately cared for; on the contrary, I felt unwelcome. Therefore, I do not recommend this clinic, and I hope the quality of services will improve in the future.
