Clinical Bades

Very disappointing people working here, especially a “nurse” who pretends to be a midwife in her blue uniform, named Imane. Non-communication, immediately offended if you have questions during an examination. You have to be quiet and cooperate with what she orders. No beds/lift or anything that makes the pain more comfortable for a pregnant woman. I have to wait for a doctor.

A very disappointing experience at the Badis Clinic in Al Hoceima. The staff is unqualified: at reception, a biscuit vendor handles admissions, which is unacceptable. The director, the only doctor present, acts without supervision, and procedures are performed haphazardly, with documented medical errors. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant. I do not recommend this clinic.

La 3alaqa. Very disappointing experience. The treatment and service were extremely poor despite the high cost. My mother had surgery and was given an appointment at 9 AM, yet she was left waiting for nearly 7 hours without any proper care or attention. In addition, the room provided was in a very bad and dirty condition. Although it was supposed to be a private room, it did not even include basic facilities such as a toilet or a closet. There was also no one available to address complaints or provide assistance. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.
