Very bad treatment by the nurses

I wanted to give my opinion on my experience at the pediatric emergency department. I brought my son, who was sick with diarrhea, and I was dragged there from about 11 a.m. until 10 a.m., an hour later. We finally got in because we were late. We found one doctor combing another's hair, and the waiting room was overflowing with people who had brought their children. After all that time, and my son was still there, we finally had some tests done, and one more. When we go in, the doctors have no experience; they're like first-year medical students, learning on people. They don't even know how to read a test result. They're sitting in front of us, saying things like, "This is too high," "This is too low," or whatever. Each one is giving their own interpretation. Then they open a box in front of us and start looking through it. Do you think I paid my salary just to have you read my box and then give me some medicine that will harm my son? We know how a university hospital works, but is there really no... There's no competent supervisor overseeing the students, no one to guide them or consult with them on each case. They're just sitting around learning like this, and there's no organization whatsoever. The government provides equipment, a system, and TVs that should display shift numbers, but everything is off or operating haphazardly. To be fair, the hospital is equipped with everything you need to get treated and leave smoothly, but the problem lies with our human resources who don't want to work conscientiously. If you can't handle this profession, quit and give a chance to those who want to work with integrity and responsibility. I hope this situation improves because it's disastrous, and someone with the will to act needs to take action. Peace.

I received very poor treatment from a doctor at the hospital. She destroyed the scan I had done, and instead of telling me it was destroyed, they told me it was a continuation of the previous scan. They took advantage of my age and my lack of knowledge that a scan doesn't have a continuation but is simply destroyed. They asked me to get the scan done again, go back and forth, and get the tests done again, wasting money they didn't care about, unfortunately. Even though I asked her why she was messing with people, she said, "What's the problem? If you get the tests done a second time, you'll need them later." When will I need them? God only knows. May God hold her accountable. However, I won't generalize, as there are competent doctors who deserve all the respect, like the professor specializing in neurology. In short, may God hold accountable anyone who exploits someone's lack of knowledge.
