The way the servers treat their customers is the worst I've ever seen in my life.

I had a wonderful experience at Café One Love and it quickly became one of my favorite coffee spots in the area. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxing, and welcoming. The café has a very comfortable vibe that makes you want to stay for hours, whether you are meeting friends, working on your laptop, or simply enjoying a peaceful coffee break alone. The decoration is beautiful and modern without feeling too crowded or noisy. The music playing in the background was pleasant and created a calm environment. What I appreciated most was the positive energy of the place and the friendly attitude of the staff. Everyone was polite, smiling, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Good customer service always makes a big difference, and this café truly understands how to treat customers well. The coffee itself was excellent. You can immediately notice the quality and care put into the preparation. The taste was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. I also tried some desserts and they were fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. Everything arrived quickly and the presentation looked very professional. Another thing I liked was the cleanliness of the café. The tables, seating area, and overall environment were very clean and well maintained. It is the kind of place where you can genuinely relax and enjoy your time comfortably. I highly recommend this café to anyone looking for a good atmosphere, quality coffee, and friendly service in Casablanca. Definitely a place worth visiting again and again.

In 2015, during Ramadan, a colleague and I were on call at the hospital. It was an unscheduled shift, and we had nothing to break our fast with. We walked all around the neighborhood; everything was closed. One Love café had a light on, so we went in, but they weren't open yet. The whole team then invited us to share their meal. I will never forget the kindness of this team who shared their iftar with two strangers. Thank you to them.
