Zero service is substandard

I was in this café for less than 30 minutes and ordered a double drink. I was working on my laptop when it suddenly shut down. I simply asked to charge it for five minutes because I had something urgent to finish. The server coldly refused, saying they don't charge devices. I suggested he make that clear or warn customers in advance, to which he replied, "That's just how it is." A complete lack of professionalism and customer service. They don't know how to treat customers, especially those who come to work. I won't be going back.

Before investing in any project, consider the people who will be working with you. How can you be sitting as a customer when an employee comes along and says, "I want to take the table in front of you to give it to another customer," not to mention the terrible service from the waiters. 0/10 Service
