Café FRATELLO

I had a terrible experience at this café/restaurant. They are nothing like a restaurant that respects its customers. I ordered seafood tagliatelle (which was awful), and to my surprise, the ingredients listed on the menu, like mussels and squid, were nowhere to be found in my dish. There were only a few small shrimp and a fish sauce that smelled like rotten fish. I complained, but the manager refused to change my order. Honestly, I've never seen such behavior, such audacity. She denied all my complaints. I warn everyone to be careful about what they eat at this café because I'm sure they don't respect hygiene standards, and the quality of the food and ingredients doesn't match what's listed on the menu. I hold the manager responsible for all of this without hesitation.

Absolutely terrible! During Ramadan, we booked a meal for Iftar expecting a pleasant experience, only to be met with a completely misleading description. Nothing matched the advertised experience. The dishes served clearly looked stale, some weren't even fresh, which is unacceptable for Iftar. The cashier was also disrespectful and unpleasant, and spoke rudely to us after we complained. Only after several exchanges did they finally decide to bring the missing dishes (not all of them). Frankly, it was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I strongly advise against going there.

I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant, especially during Ramadan. The menu is completely misleading: no choices are offered before service, the food isn't fresh, and the manager is particularly unpleasant. Furthermore, there's absolutely no communication with customers. The experience is so pathetic it's downright unpleasant.

Very warm welcome, good food, good atmosphere, keep it up forever, don't change a thing!
