One of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. He is highly competent, respectful, and communicates excellently with patients. He explains the condition and treatment in a clear and reassuring way. Although the clinic boasts modern infrastructure and high-quality equipment, the reception was far from satisfactory. The staff were sorely lacking in tact and friendliness. Most frustrating was their requirement to call before traveling for a follow-up appointment, a condition imposed on us in a highly unprofessional manner. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially since we traveled from another city. This lack of organization caused us to miss the opportunity to have the follow-up examination, in addition to the effort and travel expenses we incurred, all for nothing.

Dr.Younes was super professional and attentive. The cure worked timely. The follow-up was also well-explained. Overall, definitely recommended.
