Very poor organization. I arrived at 9:00 AM and waited until 4:00 PM. Despite the urgency of my condition, I received no priority. Excessive waiting times and great confusion in patient management. It was also observed that some acquaintances were given priority over patients who had been waiting for hours. The waiting time was very long and there was chaos in the reception process.
