Terrible service

A compassionate and empathetic doctor. I highly recommend him.

I arrived at 9 a.m., the office's opening time, and found that only three people were already seated. Despite this, the receptionist refused to give me an appointment for that same day, explaining that they were fully booked and that I would have to come even earlier, or wait a week for a simple appointment, without any consideration for the patient's condition. Furthermore, it is impossible to contact the office by phone: the number doesn't work, which makes scheduling an appointment remotely even more difficult.

Lack of responsibility You have to take a whole day off just to get an appointment, even if the office is empty.
