I regretted even going to her. I took my father to a general practitioner because he had a cough, and he ordered tests. When I went back to him, he told me to see a cardiologist. I went to this Shadia Mansouri, and she examined him and gave him medication. He took the medication for four days, and it stopped the bleeding in his legs. I went back to her, and she told me to let him continue the medication for two weeks because his condition was worsening. I went back to her, and she said she couldn't do anything for him. Should I send him to Mohammed VI Hospital or Nargis Hospital? Nargis sent me... After that, I took him to another clinic in Casablanca. They told me that my father was in a terrible state. They treated him until his health improved a little, and then they amputated his leg. Now, thank God, he's better.

Just for the test results, she asked us to pay again, disappointing 😞 …

I strongly advise against seeing this doctor. My experience was very disappointing: a lack of respect for patients, a cold and sometimes inappropriate demeanor, a failure to listen, and a very poor level of professionalism. A doctor should reassure, explain, and treat each patient with dignity and humanity, which was unfortunately not the case here. I believe it is important to improve communication and respect for people seeking help and care. If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, that's not possible.

This doctor is very good at playing the role of the caring and attentive person to gain her patients' trust, but it's just a facade. Once she's established that trust, her behavior changes completely: she becomes disrespectful, haughty, and makes inappropriate remarks about people's private lives. She listens without truly hearing, minimizes emotions, and acts as if her patients' suffering doesn't matter. Her attitude gives the impression that she only sees people as a means to make money, without empathy or professional conscience. Instead of helping and reassuring, she creates an atmosphere of unease and mistrust, leaving behind disappointed and hurt patients due to her complete lack of humanity. I will never, ever recommend this doctor.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. What struck me most was her attitude; she made completely inappropriate comments that had no place in a consultation. We come to be listened to and treated, not judged. She was very disrespectful in her words. It was frankly hurtful.

My mother consulted this doctor in morocco , and the experience was unacceptable. Being a doctor is more than just technical skill; it’s about how you treat people. Between the disrespectful attitude and the inappropriate comments, there was zero professional conduct. You can't be considered a competent doctor if you lack basic empathy and decency. Truly disappointing.
