It doesn't even deserve one star. The clinic staff are unqualified and treat people with contempt; the waiting times are endless. I waited five hours for a urine test for an infant, only to find out they didn't have separate collection bags for boys: they use the same model for both boys and girls.

Bad experience and terrible customer service, nonexistent

No respect for patients. Making a 9-month-old baby wait for over 5 hours on an empty stomach, without any information or indication of when the doctor will arrive, is simply unacceptable. If you are considering having your child circumcised, I strongly advise you to go to another clinic.

Failure to respect the scheduled time for a surgical procedure is considered a medical error. How can it be acceptable to leave an infant hungry for hours in order to administer anesthesia, under the pretext that: "Dr. Katji is from Rabat, and she even comes from Canada, time is time!"

Based on my experience at this clinic, it's best to avoid it. It starts at reception; the two secretaries speak to you like you're from another country. The doctors only care about money and force you to buy blood bags and even pay someone to accompany you to Kenitra to pick them up. They also order extra X-rays that aren't necessary. And they treat patients like cash cows.
