This is the worst hospital I've ever seen. The reception staff are incredibly disrespectful, as if they think anything goes, even though we're there to pay. As for the medical staff, they're completely incompetent, have absolutely no tact with patients, and disregard procedures, administrative standards, ethics, and professional conduct. Avoid at all costs. If you have a choice, go somewhere else; that's my advice.

I don't recommend it. The clinic is just looking for ways to take your money. For a C-section, they inflate the bills to 12,000 dirhams, even if you have health insurance, for example, Mutual des Far. They tell you to pay everything until the insurance is returned to you. If you want a room to sit with your wife, you need 1,500 dirhams in 48 hours. As for the nurses in the maternity ward, there are some who are cheerful and treat well, but there are some nurses, may God forgive them, who have no relation.

The reception staff are truly awful and act like they're better than the patients. And above all, the prices are exorbitant for a service that's completely inadequate. Guelmim deserves better than this, especially considering it's such a well-known hospital.

My mother had a very bad experience. There was a lack of professionalism at reception and disappointing care. The staff were not caring and their behavior towards patients was inappropriate. I do not recommend this establishment. One of the "receptionist nurses" clearly thinks it's her father's hospital! She mistreats patients; at the very least, they should recruit more respectful and professional staff next time.

I recently had an experience at your hospital ( Guelmim ) during my father’s surgery. Overall, the experience was acceptable, and I appreciate the efforts of the medical team. However, I would like to share a few concerns that I believe could help improve your services. Firstly, I noticed that some of the nurses need more training in patient care. While they were doing their jobs, there was a lack of attention and care that patients in recovery truly need. A bit more compassion and attentiveness would make a big difference. Secondly, I faced an issue with the billing process. After I had fully paid the surgery costs, I was contacted two days later and asked to pay an additional amount for unexpected expenses. This was frustrating and confusing. I believe such charges should be communicated clearly beforehand or included in the initial estimate .
