Regrettably, the cake exhibited a dry texture and a noticeable absence of distinct flavor, leading to a disappointing sensory experience. Furthermore, the decorative elements appeared hastily applied and lacked the precision and refinement expected from a professional bakery. It is disheartening that the cake did not meet the standards aligned with the customer's request -5 stars
