This place was recommended by our Medina tour guide. They do different types of meat tagine that you sample in the kitchen before ordering. Super friendly staff and a good spot for lunch.

Great place for Moroccan food. You get a little tasting menu when you enter so you can make an informed choice on what to order. Main course is served with a couple of side dishes and free mint tea that the lovely hosts refill when you run low. Amazing hospitality!

An unexpected experience. We were led into the kitchen to taste a sample of the different cuisine before we make our choice. The food was great and the service was excellent. The owner speaks good English and has a PhD in Law! We enjoyed the unlimited flow of Moroccan mint tea after a lot of walking. The restaurant is full of antique clocks owned by his grandfather. They are not for sale.

We had a wonderful experience at Berrada Family Restaurant in the old medina. The restaurant offers a small daily selection of different tajines, which makes everything feel fresh and authentic. Each tajine is served as an individual portion together with a variety of delicious Moroccan starters and side dishes. Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone was extremely kind. The food was flavorful and truly delicious. Overall, it was a beautiful experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Fes.

Food was delicious!!! Best food we had in Marokko. Lovely family serving and coocking. No menu, we could first have a look and tasting in the kitchen before ordering. Best experience!
