Absolutely avoid this place. I was held against my will for four days in this facility, repeatedly sedated and restrained, despite my explicit requests to leave. My family received false information about my situation and were forbidden any contact with me. The discharge document contains a falsified admission date. While I was sedated, unauthorized individuals accessed my room and photographed me without my consent, and the facility director disclosed information about me to third parties. Furthermore, my personal belongings disappeared during my detention.

Hello, I am looking for a clinic that offers artificial insemination. Does your clinic have: 1) a gynecologist who performs intrauterine insemination on-site, and 2) a fertility laboratory specializing in assisted reproductive technology (ART) capable of preparing sperm on the day of insemination? And how do I make an appointment?

Terrible experience at this hospital. We came in the morning and got an appointment for *1:00 PM*. We ended up waiting from *1:00 PM until 5:00 PM* and still weren’t seen. When we asked reception for any update, they just said *"we have no information"* and offered zero help. To make it worse, a security staff member was extremely rude to an elderly woman and told her *"don’t sit on the chair"*. Overall, the staff attitude was very poor and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this hospital if you value your time and dignity.

It is sometimes difficult to find the right words to express gratitude. After five days at the Akdital Clinic in Khouribga, I leave with a heart full of gratitude. This period was not easy, but I was fortunate to be surrounded by highly competent men and women, and above all, by immense humanity. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team: the doctors, the Director of Health, the nurses, and the cleaning staff. Each of you, through your professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and smiles, contributed to making this ordeal more bearable. I don't know why we come here to entrust our money and money to this clinic only to be humiliated by the staff.
